Elemental Fate provides personality insights based on the ancient Chinese art of BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny). Our service generates AI-powered reports based on birth date and time data you provide. All readings are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

3. Purchases and Payments

Certain features require one-time payments or subscriptions. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Customers pay directly for services provided by the Company.

4. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and AI-generated reports are the property of Phenta LLC. You may share your personal reading results but may not reproduce or redistribute our content commercially.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Phenta LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
