One-Time Purchases

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our AI-generated reports, all sales are final once the report has been generated and delivered. Each report is custom-created for your specific birth chart data using AI, and cannot be resold or reused.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased report, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

If you subscribed by mistake, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
